You, your bride, her Wali and your guest are advised to be punctual for your solemnisation ceremony, regardless if it is conducted in ROMM or outside ROMM. It is recommended that you arrived at the Registry or other solemnisation venues as agreed, at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Two witnesses above the age of 21,whose name you have submitted during your registration are required to be present for the solemnisation ceremony.

 
Important Note:
1. Solemnisation starts punctually as scheduled. If for any reason, your solemnisation is delayed for more than 30 minutes, your Solemniser may leave the marriage venue. Under such circumstances, you will need to obtain an alternative solemniser and inform ROMM of the change.
2. You are to re-imburse your solemnisers for his transport cost incurred due to the solemnisation.
3. A solemnisation ceremony in Islam is a formal and a wonderful experience, please do not spoil it for the couples with unwanted ringing from your mobile phones or pagers.
4. If there are children attending your solemnisation, please ensure that they do not cause a disruption to the ceremony.

Two witnesses and their NRIC
Appointment Letter
Mahr (Mas Kahwin)
 
What to Wear
Formal attire or customary wedding gowns. Couples, Wali and witnesses in tee shirts, jeans, shorts, bermudas shorts and slippers and Wali and Witnesses adorning gold jewelleries will not be accepted by the Registry.
