False Oath for Procuring Marriage

Any person who intentionally makes any false declaration or signs any false notice or certificate shall be guilty of an offence punishable under the Singapore court of Law.
 
Impediments to a marriage
 
Please note that no marriage shall be solemnised under this Act unless all the conditions necessary for the validity thereof, in accordance with the Muslim law and the provisions of this Act, are satisfied.
