Conversion card
issued by MUIS. If conversion is contracted
outside Singapore, the certificate should
be duly endorsed by MUIS. |

Letter from the
country of origin to confirm the marital
status, if single. |

2. |
An authorisation letter
from the Bride's Wali if he is unable to
be present for the registration and solemnisation
due to extenuating circumstances. This consent
letter can be made in any local marriage registry

For brides
who are Muslim converts and is below 21
years and her father is not a convert,
she needs to seek her parental consent.
It should be preferably done in person
but if he is unable to do so due to extenuating
circumstances, he may give his consent
in writing. If in writing, her father
needs to go to any legal entity (lawyers)
and declare his consent to the marriage.

from Work Permit Office, Ministry of Manpower
if your future spouse is a work permit or
ex-work permit holder. |

non-impediment from the local registry of
