False Oath for Procuring Marriage

| Any person who intentionally makes any false
declaration or signs any false notice or certificate shall be guilty of an
offence punishable under the Singapore Court of Law. |

| Please note that no marriage shall be solemnized
under the Administration of Muslim Law Act (Chapter 3) unless all the conditions
necessary for the validity thereof, in accordance with the Muslim law and the
