Singaporean/Singapore PR: The Registry advises that you undertake the
Young Couple Programme offered by either the Association of Muslim
Professional (AMP) or Singapore Muslim Women's Association (PPIS) before your
registration at ROMM.
2.
If your intended date of solemnization is lesser than the course
duration, you may proceed to register your marriage first. However, you must

with the bride's lawful Wali and the groom's parents/guardian are advised to
come to ROMM at the same time prior to your solemnization date. Please ensure
that you bring along the necessary documents for verifications.
5.
If your NRIC is lost, you are required to produce an
acknowledgement receipt for replacement of NRIC. This receipt with your
photograph affixed and endorsed by ICA should reflect your
name and date of birth as recorded in your NRIC.
6.
If your proposed bride has lost all contacts with her rightful
Wali, or he is in a rehabilitative institution, or is bed-ridden, she is advised
to come with her mother or her immediate next of kin, whichever is applicable.
